The highest-ranking woman to graduate from West Point addressed a crowd of more than 1,300 people at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts this week. She delivered a message to female leadership during United WE’s annual “We Work for Change” event. West offered advice for female leaders.
“Have the desire to do it. Have that desire, passion, and always ask the question, ‘why not me?’,” said West.
