Arkansas State University’s Women’s Leadership Center is slated to receive $1.2 million in additional funds and part of that money will be used to create the Arkansas Delta Women’s Leadership Academy. A-State Chancellor Dr. Todd Shields said part of those funds came from Gov. Asa Hutchinson’s Commission on the Status of Women.

He thanked the outgoing governor and said he look forward to advancing female leadership in Northeast Arkansas.
