Grab aims to double the number of marginalized individuals working at the firm by 2025, have 40% of its leadership be female by 2030, and become carbon neutral by 2040, according to the Southeast Asian super app’s annual ESG report.
Grab is set to launch a regional program aimed at lowering the barriers for marginalized individuals to join the tech company. The program, which will roll out first in Indonesia, will provide special financial and training to help recruits adapt to the platform.
