It’s an amazing moment to be a woman. The doors are open, and the world needs more women leaders to show up publicly. It’s not enough to do the job; you also need to show the world what you stand for.

Yet, according to Bizzabo 2018 report, only 35% of event speakers were female in the U.S. and as low as 13% in some European countries like Belgium or 19% in Spain. Women are underrepresented in the public-professional environment, even as they take on more and more leadership roles.
