For my daughter’s 25th birthday, I searched Amazon for “female leadership books.” The results only returned 3,000 items, and most of these were not what I wanted. 

My daughter is three years into a six-year commitment to getting her Ph.D. With the recent news about how women Ph.D.s are much more affected at work than their male counterparts with COVID causing people to stay at home, I was looking for a way for her to move more effectively in a biased arena.
