Many of the things we learned growing up impact how we show up at work. In honor of Father’s Day, I wanted to share some of the lessons my father taught me that I’ve carried with me my whole life.

My dad had four girls, and he believed that life was one big adventure. He said you should never miss the important moments, whether it’s an amazing sunset, a total solar eclipse, or a chance to take your family on a vacation.
