Women In Business: Here’s How Firms Can Finally Tackle Gender Bias

Discussion about the barriers for women in the workplace is nothing new, yet companies are still struggling to attract and promote female talent. Based on decades of research, IESE professor Nuria Chinchilla and Esther Jimenez, manager of IESE’s Women in Leadership center, have identified  several key actions that companies can take, not only to attract, cultivate and retain female talent but to create a balanced ecosystem that ultimately benefits both men and women.
