The last few years have demonstrated that workplace change is possible, when the force that drives it is strong enough to overshadow the way things have been done for centuries. A recent survey conducted by The IBM Institute for Business Value has found that, while C-suite level and executive board roles are increasingly being occupied by women, they need more support in their early careers so they can make that jump to the next level.
