The sixth annual Women’s Leadership Conference was held Tuesday at the Franklin Marriott Cool Springs with a focus on generational challenges.

The annual event is held by Williamson, Inc.’s Women in Business group. Three speakers discussed various elements to help attendees grow their understanding of how to work together with others who are in a different age bracket or think differently.
