WSHA is excited to launch this year’s Women’s Leadership Program. Last year’s inaugural program received rave reviews from a big and diverse cohort of women. We encourage Washington hospitals and health care facilities to consider nominating women from groups that historically have faced barriers to leadership advancement, including women of color and the LGBTQ community.
