Nearly nine out of every 10 women working in universities in Sub-Saharan Africa aspire to become leaders in their respective fields or places of work, and an even higher number believe they have the right mindset to enable them to take up leadership roles.
A new survey has also revealed that as many as eight out of 10 women in these institutions are working on developing their abilities and skills to take up leadership responsibilities.
