Laura Tussing knows what it’s like to climb the ranks of a company as a woman.

Since 2004, Tussing worked her way up the ladder at Park National Bank – previously known as Fairfield National Bank – to becoming bank president in 2019.

But like most things in life, Tussing knew the path toward the top wouldn’t be easy, especially in a field typically dominated by male leadership.
