Fulham FC Foundation’s Female Youth Forum has been recognised on the national stage after winning The FA Youth Leadership Team Award at The FA Leadership Academy Graduation Ceremony.

The award celebrates outstanding youth-led projects that are making a positive impact within football and local communities. The Female Youth Forum was shortlisted among the final three nominees before being crowned winners at the ceremony earlier this week.

The achievement marks a significant milestone for the group, whose members have played a key role in helping shape opportunities for young women and girls through Fulham FC Foundation’s work.

Ahead of the ceremony, forum members worked together to create a presentation showcasing the impact of their work, which they delivered to attendees at the graduation event. Their presentation highlighted how the group provides young women with a platform to share their experiences, influence decision-making and help break down barriers to participation in football.
