Workplace experience and facilities management business ISS has announced the expansion of a new suite of apprenticeship schemes to empower and support female leaders.

The Women in Leadership Apprenticeship Programme, launched on International Women’s Day 2024 in March, offers development and progression opportunities for women working at ISS.

The first cohort started in July, and the programme, coordinated in partnership with apprenticeship specialists and ISS’s training partner Learnmore, has so far brought together 25 female leaders from a variety of roles and backgrounds to collaborate, share knowledge and network across teams, accounts and departments.

A new group will start the scheme this month, working towards a recognised Learnmore qualification that combines leadership and management apprenticeships. More teams are expected to start next month.
