A key focus of the partnership is empowering women and girls to pursue careers in renewable energy, using the leadership role of the queen bee as an inspiring metaphor. The initiative includes the installation of a Bute Energy-branded beehive housing 20,000 bees, reinforcing both companies’ commitment to environmental stewardship and community engagement.
