WSHA invites you to celebrate Women’s History Month with WSHA’s Women’s Leadership Program! Participants in the program will learn practical strategies to show up in an intentional, credible, and impactful manner and learn how to craft their own power identity.
We encourage our hospitals to champion gender equity and invest in the development of high-potential women leaders in their organization. This program is open to women leaders who are looking advance their career and expand their network of health care professionals across the state. It is designed for anyone who identifies as a woman and has at least five years’ post graduate experience and/or supervisory experience is encouraged to join.
