Minimizing inequality, maximizing diversity: Women take the lead

The question is not how, but what chance does the diversity ratio bring to the firms that may help them look more incubating towards being rational? Studies have shown that companies with more women in leadership roles are more profitable, more socially responsible, and provide safer, higher-quality customer experiences in comparison with many other benefits.

In other words, diversifying the gender ratio in the boardroom increases talent and enhances decision-making, making the organization more stable, sustainable, and profitable.
