Since Sheryl Sandberg, COO at Facebook, has challenged the TED Talk audience on why we had too few women leaders back in 2010, things have improved in this aspect. From many perspectives, the female leadership trend is growing in many domains. However, there’s still much work to do towards true gender equality, especially in senior roles.
To outline the state of things in the HR function, we reached out to 14 prominent HR female leaders from various domains: from health tech, transportation, and telecommunications to banking and finances, software development, consulting, and executive coaching.
