Companies accredited as the best employers in New Zealand and Australia have more women leaders and fewer silos.

Two New Zealand companies made it through HR agency Kincentric’s Australasian programme – Four Square, owned by Foodstuffs, and Coca-Cola Amatil NZ.

The list of accredited companies recognised employers that created a work environment where staff were empowered and committed to excellence, said Hugh Hawthorne, Kincentric New Zealand market lead.
