The representation of women in leadership positions is just one of many issues facing women in the modern workplace according to Jessie States, head of meeting innovation at Meeting Professionals International.
Earlier this year companies with more than 250 staff members were told by the government to publish data on the average pay difference between men and women. The results revealed that some of the UK’s biggest agencies have a significant gender pay gap.
