The number of women in leadership positions in IPA member agencies has increased, as has the proportion of BAME staff, according to the latest IPA census – after both measures slid backwards in last year’s survey.
According to the census, women accounted for 30.9% of those in C-suite roles, up from 30.3% last year – though this number is still some way behind the previous year’s figure of 33.1%.
