As tradition goes, North Platte’s strong female leaders were honored Friday at a luncheon hosted by the North Platte Telegraph and Nebraskaland National Bank.

Before five Women of Achievement were honored, nominees and their companions heard about the importance of mentoring and the importance of female leadership in the community.
