Many juggle busy personal and professional lives, but when tragedy strikes, that juggling act becomes even more difficult.

For Newcastle woman Lee-Anne Holmes, that very situation occurred in 2011.

Within just a couple of years, Ms Holmes lost her father, grandson, and husband.

The deaths came while she managed her role as executive officer of a family services-focused non-profit organisation.
