That just happened to me. I read the Wall Street Journal article Women at Work: A Guide for Men by Joanne Lipman. Let me first tip my hat to Joanne for a well researched and thought out piece. She examines some of the bias women deal with in business even by those men who consider themselves enlightened and forward thinking when it comes to women in leadership roles. And perhaps that is what was the shocker; the fact that these bias exist in the men who believe they are champions of women in business.
