The push for inclusive leadership and gender equity took centre stage at the 7th edition of the Women Disruptors Summit & Awards 2026, organised by Adgully, where industry leaders gathered to celebrate women’s achievements and explore pathways for empowering future leaders.

Among the highlights of the summit was a keynote address by Mona Jain, President – Revenue Growth & Business Development at ABP Network. Speaking on the theme “Empowering Women, Empowering Change,” Jain delivered a deeply personal reflection on resilience, self-belief and the transformative power of women uplifting one another.

Opening her address on a reflective note, Jain emphasised the quiet yet far-reaching impact of confident female leadership in the workplace.
