Zena Wooldridge, President of World Squash and a key leader in squash’s inclusion in the Olympic Games, was honored with the 2026 Tournament of Champions Women’s Leadership Award during a special reception Friday, January 23, at the Yale Club in New York City.
The Tournament of Champions Women’s Leadership Program, founded in 2014 by Ashley Bernhard and ToC owner John Nimick, was created to support female athletes, celebrate women in leadership, and advance gender equity in sport. Just a year later, the program helped secure full prize money parity for women at the Tournament of Champions—cementing its legacy as a driver of meaningful change in the sport.
