The Solera Foundation has marked the first anniversary of its Women in Insurance and Insurtech Network, highlighting increased female leadership in mobility and insurance industries. The announcement took place at Insurtech Insights Asia in Hong Kong.

The network began as an internal programme at Solera. It has since evolved into a global initiative supporting women in the insurance sector. The foundation expanded its activities to Latin America and now plans further growth in Asia-Pacific.

Global expansion

In its first year, the initiative crossed company boundaries to connect with women professionals across the insurance ecosystem. The Solera Foundation said it aims to support women in leadership roles both within and outside its organisation.
