FEL Romania, the youth platform of the Romanian National Committee of the World Energy Council (CNR-CME), organized on December 3, 2025, the fifth edition of the Women in Energy conference, an event dedicated to the visibility of women in the energy sector and the development of the new generation of leaders.

The conference addressed essential themes for the future of the energy sector, exploring female leadership at the intersection of power, perseverance and courage. The discussions followed the professional path of energy leaders and how female management specifically contributes to the evolution of the industry. The event brought together over 100 participants, with the objective of highlighting the importance of gender diversity in decision-making positions and, at the same time, inspiring the new generations of female leaders in energy.
