Solera has introduced new initiatives focused on advanced AI technology for insurance claims, measurable sustainability practices, and leadership development for women in the insurance sector, targeting expansion and collaboration across the Asia-Pacific region.

Solera is strengthening its Qapter AI-powered claims platform throughout APAC. The solution utilises AI-based visual intelligence and vehicle identification to automate claims processing for insurers and automotive repairers.

The Qapter platform is built on an extensive automotive intelligence database, handling over 1 million transactions each day in more than 100 countries. Solera reports the platform’s claim coverage exceeds 99.5 per cent for passenger vehicles worldwide, with fewer than 150 errors per million claims.

These capabilities are intended to streamline claims assessment and repair procedures, enabling faster settlements and improved accuracy for insurance companies and their partners.
