The 2025 Girls Leadership Program is off to a flying start, with 85 future leaders, captains, CEOs and changemakers all taking part in the first session at CitiPower Centre.
The four-session program, powered by the MCC Foundation and in collaboration with former Australian cricket Belinda Clark AO, offers girls aged 14-16 the unique opportunity to learn from industry experts across a variety of cricket roles.
The first session of the program introduced participants to the core definition of leadership and explored practical applications through tailored coaching scenarios.
The session also covered essential aspects of personal development for leaders, including performance preparation, lifestyle habits and an introduction to governance structures.
