Female marketers are being urged to embrace risk as a vital part of their career and wider personal development.
“I don’t really have a plan,” said Kate Mackie, global marketing partner at EY, speaking earlier this week (6 October) at the Forrester B2B Summit EMEA
“I don’t think I’ve ever really had a plan. Life gets in the way. You meet people, you do new things. It’s got to be fun. We’re only here once.”
Instead of a roadmap, Mackie described how she uses a filter in her decision making.
