Strengthening female leadership skills and opening spaces for reflection on the challenges of sustainability and innovation was the objective of the Multigeneration Upskilling Women on the Move Summit 2025 held in Costa Rica.

For two days, 200 women from nine countries, including high-level executives, established businesswomen, and young students, shared experiences in a format that combined talks, panels, field visits, and networking opportunities.

The conference was organized by INCAE’s Center for Inclusive and Sustainable Leadership and was held as part of a broader three-month program that seeks to promote women’s participation in business and social transformation processes in Latin America.
