The NJBIZ 2025 Women’s Leadership Summit will bring together the state’s top female professionals to learn from one another and build a network to create change. 

Taking place Nov. 12 at The Marigold Somerset, the second annual event will offer a powerhouse morning focused on career development, personal growth, leadership and networking.

Inspirational keynote

This year’s keynote speaker will be Chrissy Buteas, president and CEO of the HealthCare Institute of New Jersey. 

Founded in 1997, HINJ serves as the trade association for leading research-based biopharmaceutical and medical technology companies in New Jersey.
