Over the past four years, PERTIWI (Perempuan Pertamina Tangguh Inspiratif Wibawa Integritas) has emerged as a driving force in empowering female employees across Pertamina Group and its subsidiaries. 

The women-led community has nurtured 40 female leaders at various levels within the organization, reinforcing the state owned energy company Pertamina’s commitment to gender equity and sustainable leadership.

Emma Sri Martini, Pertamina’s Finance Director and Chair of PERTIWI, emphasized that the initiative serves as a strategic platform for personal development, collaboration, and contributions to the company’s success.

“A leader must lead by example and act in alignment with their words. Global challenges require us to keep Pertamina on course through professionalism and integrity,” Emma said in a statement on Saturday, May 10, 2025.
