The first Next Generation Women Leaders (NGWL) event took place outside of Paris in 2012. The event brought together women for inspirational workshops, discussions, and networking. Attendees explored the importance of women in leadership and refined their own leadership skills.

Over the years the program has expanded, and we have run additional initiatives to further support women’s leadership under the NGWL umbrella including events in Europe, North America, South America, and Asia.

Who we are looking for

NGWL program participants:

• Have an outstanding record of academic and/or professional achievements.
• Have a proven record of leadership in an academic and/or professional setting.
• Thrive when working with others.
• Actively seek ways to maximize their own potential.
• Enjoy problem solving and creative thinking.
• Want to use their talents to make positive changes in their lives and their communities.
