What can truly move the needle on gender gap?

When it comes to the issue of the gender gap in India, data still tells a stark story. What can change the current status?

With the adoption of the Business Responsibility and Sustainability (BRSR) framework, the reporting of gender data by NSE-listed companies has increased, rising from 52% in FY 2022-23 to 57% in FY 2023-24.
