The Women in Leadership Apprenticeship Programme provides development and progression opportunities for female employees of the global provider of integrated facilities management (IFM) services.

Launched on International Women’s Day 2024 in March, with the first cohort starting in July, the scheme, co-ordinated in partnership with apprenticeship specialists and training partner Learnmore, has been a huge success for the business. The programme has already brought together 25 female leaders from a variety of roles and backgrounds to collaborate, share knowledge and network across teams, accounts and departments.

A new cohort will begin the apprenticeship this month, working towards a fully recognised Learnmore qualification which combines leadership and management apprenticeships. Further cohorts are expected to commence in November.
