Women promotion group, WILAN Global, has said its target is to raise 100,000 women in leadership by 2050.

Founder of the group, Abosede George-Ogan, in a statement, yesterday, said the goal reflects the organisation’s strong commitment to promoting women’s leadership on a global scale.

She said by giving women the necessary tools and resources, WILAN Global aims to create a new generation of female leaders that will drive positive change and innovation.

“Women’s leadership can lead to more sustainable families, communities, businesses, organisations, and nations.

“By setting this target, we are not only challenging ourselves, but also inspiring others to join us on this transformative journey. We believe by focusing on women in leadership in Nigeria, we can create a ripple effect that will inspire global change,” George-Ogan said.
