According to the WHO, women account for 70% of the global healthcare sector. Yet, at the executive level, women make up just 25% of healthcare leadership positions. How did this happen?

Having worked in this field for 20 years, I want to highlight this critical issue and discuss what we as a society can do to correct the imbalance of female leaders in healthcare.
