Alongside the myriad of challenges and disruptions, 2020 should be remembered as the year of strong female leadership. From innovative business leaders to engaging politicians, a number of areas have significantly benefited from having women at the helm. 

While we take this opportunity to reflect on this new wave of female-driven leadership, it is important to remember that this isn’t a sudden trend that has sprouted from nowhere.
