Women currently make up approximately 47% of the workforce but only 40% of management, 21% of C-level positions, and a mere 6% of CEO slots within organizations.

According to MSCI ESG Research, “women are unlikely to comprise 30% of directorships (CEO or board level positions) in publicly held companies until 2027.”
