As the  invitation-only Forbes 2018 Women’s Summit got underway in New York today, it seemed like the perfect time to share some of the latest research on female leadership. First the good news. According to a recent Pew Research Center Study, female leadership is on the rise (and your best way to the top seems to be through operational-focused roles and experience so make that a critical part of your career path). While women typically occupy top finance and legal positions, individuals in those positions, especially as the CFO, rarely make it to being the CEO.
