There’s evidence of a small–a very very small–amount of progress in efforts to increase the number of women in the leadership ranks of U.S. tech startups, according to a new report. Specifically, more companies say they have a plan to address the issue.
If you’re thinking that’s not so impressive, you might have a point. And, in fact, the same study also came up with other, considerably less positive findings regarding the progress of women in such companies.
