For the first time in 15 years, there’s a leadership shake-up in the works at Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP. The Kansas City, Mo.-based litigation firm said Monday that longtime chairman John Murphy is being replaced next year by Madeleine McDonough, a 26-year veteran of the firm who current leads its pharmaceutical and medical device division.
