With female representation in Victoria, now over 50% and climbing, females are an integral part of the past, present and future of the lifesaving movement. We celebrate the many roles and facetsthat females contribute, pay tribute to the exceptional role of our female volunteers and acknowledge the opportunity that lifesaving brings for females to be active, participate, develop and lead.
